Return and Exchange POLICY
Body n Beyond offers a transparent return and exchange policy to ensure you have a great shopping experience with us.
Q. What items are returnable and exchangeable?
A. Yes, we accept return and exchange on the majority of the products –
a. If request raised within 15 days from the date of product delivered
b. The returned product is in original conditions along with the packaging, tags, etc.
c. The product should not be washed, used, torn, or in any kind of damaged condition
d. The delivered product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect
Q. Which products are not eligible for exchange or return?
A. Maintaining hygiene is our utmost priority and it is strictly maintained from picking the raw material till the finished product reaches our customer’s hand. Thus, panties are not eligible for exchange or return. If you have any questions or queries related to size or measurement then please feel free to write before placing an order with us.
Q. What is a return or exchange fee?
A. In case of a refund –
a. If the delivered product was damaged or has a manufacturing defect then full refund along with shipping cost will be processed once the product is received by us
b. If you simply want a refund, we will still process the request but the shipping and COD charges (if selected) will not be refunded
In case of an exchange –
a. You can raise a request for free pickup and we will ship the replaced product once without any additional fee
b. You can ship the product yourself too
Q. How to raise return or exchange request?

b.If the delivered product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect then please attach the photos over the email along with the order number
c.Keep your registered email address and order number ready to raise online requests. Please follow the instructions on the screen and select the item which you wish to return or exchange
d. The approval or rejection of return or exchange raise will be notified
e. On approval of the request, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 to 72 hours from the address which will be shared for pickup. We request you to be available and keep the product packed in the original condition and handover to the pickup team
f. We offer below two options for exchange or replacement of the product:
i) We raise a request to pick up the product. You can order a new product and we will ship the product on the same day. You only need to pay for the new order or pay cash for the COD facility. Once we receive and check the returned order, we will transfer the return order amount into your bank account
ii) We raise a request to pick up the product. Once we receive and check the returned order, we will process the exchange or replacement at the earliest
If the pickup is not available in the provided address then we would request you for courier by yourself. Please email the courier name, tracking number, order number, and return the RA number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage for self-shipped products. We highly recommend you to use a reliable courier service.
Guidelines for packing the return order packet –
a. Take the utmost care while packing the product. Place the product safely and securely to prevent damage or loss during transit. Also make sure that the packet has all the original packing like tags, labels and much more
b. Sending the original invoice is mandatory to prove the purchase of the product
c. Our return address (mentioned below), order number and return order RA number should be visible on the packing label
d. In case of self-shipping, please share the courier name, tracking number, order number and order return RA number at email@example.com
Q. Where to send the return product?
A. Please make sure the Body n Beyond’s address, order number, and return RA number are mentioned and visible on the package label for pickup or self shipping purpose. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to get our postal address and notify us about your self shipment.
Q. Time duration to complete the entire process?
A. Depending on the pickup location or courier company, the product may reach us within 7 days or more. Once we get the product, within 48 hours we will check and process further to ensure a quick refund. An email will be sent to confirm the status of the return. It is expected to take 10-14 business days for the refund balance to get credited in your bank account.
Q. How will I get the refund amount?
a. If the payment of the order was done through credit card/ debit card/ net baking or COD then the refund amount will be credited into the provided bank account. Once the refund is processed, it will take around 10-14 days for the amount to reflect in the bank account
b. If the payment of the order was done from any wallet like Paytm, the refund amount will be credited back into the wallet. The refund will only be processed once we receive the returned product and get it checked.
Q. I have not received a refund amount?
a. We notify the customer on their registered email address about the refund process. In case you are unable to find in your inbox, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder once
b. If the last email from us states the refund is processed then we request you to please wait and let the entire process complete
